Signing up and creating an account on Job99 is free. Simply navigate to registration page and sign up using your email, Facebook or Google account. Please fill in the information accordingly and follow the instructions on screen to complete your registration.

2. Accounts and Profiles Settings
How do I change my account email?
After login into your account, go to the 'Account' page. Under ‘Settings’, in the security table and row 'Email', click on 'Edit' and follow the on-screen instructions to change your email.

How do I change my password?
After login into your account, go to the 'Account' page. Under ‘Settings’, in the security table and row 'Password', click on 'Edit' and follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.

What if I forgot my password?
Simply click on 'Forgot Password?' in the log-in page and follow the on-screen instruction to reset your password.

Why can't I access my account?

Why is my account disabled/blocked?

Creating a user profile is a crucial step and will directly influence your chances of being short-listed for interview. That is why it is so important that you provide as many details about yourself and your work in your profile to improve your chances of getting a positive response from employers. You must complete your user profile in order to apply for jobs.

4. Job Searching
Before you apply, it would be wise to go through a thinking process to first determine your career goals and the scope of work that interests you. We assure you that this will be time worth spending. Here are a few ways to get you started with your job search.

Explore the “Job Search”
You can browse jobs by key word, country, specific location, industry, position level, salary and posted date.

Check out the top employers
Take a look at the list of top employers on our website. You may select among these companies, view the vacancies available and apply to jobs that interest you.

5. Job Applying
When you apply for a job, both your user profile and the uploaded resume (if available) will be sent to the employer immediately. The employer will contact you directly if you are shortlisted for an interview. Before you apply, ensure that your Profile is complete and ready for job application. You can also keep track of your job applications in "Job Application" tab under "Activity".

6. Social platform
Our social platform is an effective sounding board for help in addressing the challenging aspects of your individual job search. If you are facing any problem or issue during job hunting, feel free to post a question in our social platform.

After login, go to "Social" tab, click on "Create post" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
